How does it work?

We recommend you connect at least 10 minutes before the set time to make sure it's working. It's fast and easy, but just give yourself some time in case of issues.
Scales and tape measure
Please ensure you have a scales and tape measure ready if you are attending for weight reduction. This helps our team set reasonable and attainable goals for you.
Medical History
Please have history of your medical history, any medications and relevant blood results to hand before your appointment.
Food diary
If you could make a note of what you eat in a day, tracking your food intake for 1 - 2 days prior to the appointment that would be very useful.
