How to Claim for a Hospital Visit
Are you going for a day-case or longer hospital stay? Here’s how to claim for your hospital visit.
1. Before you go to hospital
Call our team on 01 562 5100 to confirm your cover. Remember to have the following details to hand:
- Hospital name
- Consultant name
- Procedure code - you can get this from your consultant's secretary
2. During your stay
Just let the hospital know that you have health insurance and complete a claims form. Your plan may have a hospital excess which you can pay directly to the hospital.
3. After your stay
You don’t have to do anything – we pay the hospital directly!
